The controversy regarding Sachin Tendulkar's upcoming autobiography, 'Playing It My Way', where the legendary batsman spew venom against Greg Chappell refuses to die a silent death. Commending Tendulkar for finally opening up and giving the entire details about the controversial tenure of former Indian coach, Greg Chappell, Sourav Ganguly, the former Indian captain, had stated that his successor, Rahul Dravid, knew everything that was happening around him and yet couldn't control the freakish nature of the coach.

"I was not surprised to see India not qualifying for the next round (in 2007 World Cup). When I came back to the team, I had spoken to Dravid about that much later and told him that these were the things going on. He said he knew it all but couldn't control Greg," Ganguly had earlier disclosed

The statement of Ganguly hasn't gone well with Rahul Dravid who now says that he didn't discuss anything about the coach with Ganguly. Speaking to a television channel, Dravid refused to buy Ganguly's claims that he never spoke out against Chappell. "If Ganguly is saying I could not control Greg Chappell, he is entitled to an opinion. He has played many years for India. But he can't put words in my mouth as I have never had any such conversation with him."

Known for his perfect temperament and silent demeanour, Dravid also added that he had excellent relationships with all the coaches that he had played under.
