England Cricket Board (ECB), on Friday, replaced Craig Kieswetter with Kent wicket-keeper batsman, Sam Billings, in their 30-man provisional squad for the ICC Cricket World Cup 2015.

International Cricket Council (ICC) acceded to ECB's replacement after Kieswetter announced his unavailability for the whole of 2015. The Somerset keeper suffered complications to his eye problem sustained after being hit in the face by a short delivery last year. Billings joins Jos Butler and Jonny Bairstow as the three keepers in the 30-man squad.

With England finalizing their 30-man squad, only Ireland and co-hosts Australia's squads are yet to be publicized. All teams will then have to prune their squads to 15 in early January, five weeks prior to the start of the tournament.

Kieswetter tweeted his support for the Kent gloveman after the official announcement was made.
