Kieron Pollard has taken several amazing catches in his career. However, on Sunday, 6th July 2014, he was at the receiving end in the second T20I between West Indies and New Zealand in Roseau, Dominica as Trent Boult came up with a spectacular piece of effort on the field.

Pollard, having already hit two boundaries, was looking to unleash his famous big hits and propel West Indies towards a mammoth total. However, the Trinidad all-rounder, had a stunned look on his face after what happened on the second ball of the 18th over, which was bowled by Corey Anderson:

Corey Anderson to Pollard, out Caught by Boult!! Boult pulls off a screamer. All his mates run towards him and mob him. The dangerous Pollard goes without doing much damage. Another short delivery on off, Pollard goes for the pull, he middled it this time, but found the deep mid wicket fielder, Boult, who takes a one-handed stunner, loses his balance, tosses the ball up, comes back in, takes it diving parallel to the ground.
