The Supreme Court left it to a panel headed by former CJI RM Lodha to consider the feasibility of opening and looking into the sealed envelope submitted by the Mudgal Committee containing names of some players allegedly involved in IPL spot-fixing.

BCCI's working group, which is currently in consultation with the franchise owners on the way ahead for IPL, is likely to float tenders for new teams very soon.
